Shaddaiville Leadership Course is a highly successful 6 month annual leadership course that transforms lives. Our graduates have great testimonies of triple promotion at work, excellent academics, starting new businesses, doing exploits, etc.

ADMISSION MANUAL

PURPOSE: The Shaddaiville Leadership Academy is an institution without barriers that trains graduates to become word-focused and outstanding leaders by equipping them with the Godly and lifestyle skills necessary to take charge of their self development and make the much needed difference in our world today using biblical principles.

VISION: The vision of the Academy is specifically geared towards facilitating an end-time spiritual revolution that will encourage all Christians in the body of Christ to trust God completely again and enable Him use them to bring about the desperately needed changes in our secular and most importantly spiritual lives.

MISSION: The mission of the Academy is inspired by the book of Matthew 28:19 in which Christ instructed us to disciple the nations with “God in the House”. Shaddaiville means GOD’S HOUSE and its members who come from different Christian denominations are referred to as SHADDAIVILLERS.

STRUCTURE: The Academy is run as the academic unit of the Shaddaiville Ministries founded by an exemplary Leader and Visionary, Evangelist Kunle Hamilton. He is supported by his wife, Mrs. Taiwo Hamilton, and other prayerfully chosen ministry workers handling the following key roles:

TUITION: It is tuition-FREE and it is the Shaddaiville way of helping to restore core Christian values into enterprise, corporate governance, social, economic, political and religious leadership. The 2009 leadership programme will be run simultaneously on-ground in Shaddaiville Lagos as well as online, which will spread across the United Kingdom and the United States.

Shaddaiville is made up of functional teams that ensure the smooth running of its academic curricular and its church-support programmes. They are the Administration Team, the House Choir Team (Shaddai Echoes), the Ushering Team (Ville Greeters), the Drama Team (Shaddai Kraft), the Prayer & Counselling Team (Prayer Ville), the Singles & Married Team, the Online Operations & Web Team (Ville IT) and the Audio-Visual Team (Ville Media).

COURSE CONTENT
The Academy offers an intensive 6-month class at the Headquarters in the Lagos campus and online courses for its students who are spread across different states in Nigeria and its growing number of overseas-based students in the United Kingdom, Sweden and soon in Ireland and America and other parts of Africa. The Leadership Course is delivered in 12-power packed lectures covering 8 modules over the 6-month period with periodic tests administered during the course.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Students wishing to be admitted into the Shaddaiville Leadership Academy must:
• Be graduates or undergraduates from any University or Polytechnic (Minimum Age - 21 years; Minimum Qualification – Basic Diploma).
• Be computer literate and internet savvy, but NOT necessarily experts.
• Fill an application form online at www.shaddaville.com (complete with your uploaded passport photograph).
• Pay a token but required registration fee (to be advised depending on your location).
• Students are NOT required to pay for the lectures, tests or final examination because the Shaddaiville leadership training content is FREE!
• Ensure an 80% class attendance or online participation.
• Study hard; pass your tests and final examination.
• Adhere to all the rules governing Shaddaiville operations.

Failure to comply with laid down rules may result in the termination of your participation

TESTS/ FINAL EXAMINATION
Tests will be administered periodically. All students are expected to conduct themselves with utmost integrity at all times and ensure they are not involved in any form of cheating or academic malpractice. Anyone caught may have their registration cancelled and may be denied an opportunity to re-apply in the next academic session.

A final examination will be conducted at the end of the 6-month course at the Lagos campus and at specially designated locations for the online students. After the qualifying examination, a graduation ceremony would follow with the award of certificates of completion amidst celebrations.

GRADUATION CEREMONY
All students who pass are required to attend the graduation ceremony. Students must arrive on time and be involved in the planning of the ceremonies. All graduating students must wear formal suits (preferably dark, business colours) for the ceremony. Funny hairstyles or feminine accessories are not permitted for males.

While the course content, tests and final examination are absolutely free, course participants are required to host their own graduation-cum-seminar ceremony by contributing among themselves a reasonable and agreeable levy per head to meet the cost of venue and hospitality for their family members, friends and various guests who would be invited for the graduation-cum-seminar ceremony.

ACADEMY CODE OF CONDUCT
• Intended absence at any Shaddaiville meeting/event must be communicated at least 72 hours before the event as an apology stated with clear reasons.
• Such apologies should be sent to the Class President with the Shaddaiville President copied if sent by mail.

• All students are expected to arrive at least 60 minutes before the start of any Shaddaiville meeting/event and all students must ensure their relations with each other are cordial and professional at all times.
• All students must be exemplary and be of their best behaviour particularly at Shaddaiville events as well as other events in the body of Christ.

DRESS CODE
• All students are expected to dress decently during Shaddaiville events.
• Hair must be neatly done without outrageous colouring.
• Male students are not allowed to wear earrings or other ornaments besides wedding and signet rings.
• All tattoos must be covered up underneath clothing.

This way anyone with a busy schedule from any part of the world can take advantage of this program.
